Sustainability is engineered, not promised.

Communities are right to ask hard questions about water, noise, power, air, and health. Gibbs facilities are designed to answer them before they're asked. (Full community letter on request.)

Minimal water use.
Closed-loop mechanical cooling. No water for cooling. Domestic/potable only — comparable to a small office.
Quiet neighbor.
Low-noise transformers, acoustic barriers, variable-speed fans. Quieter than typical neighborhood traffic.
No rate pressure on residents.
We fund our own electrical infrastructure upgrades. Industrial loads stabilize utility revenue. Residents do not subsidize.

Tier 4 Final. Annual runtime under 20 hours. 90%+ NOx & particulate reduction vs older systems.
