How you engage with what we build depends on what you need.

Designed for the communities we operate in

Sustainability is engineered, not promised.

Communities are right to ask hard questions about water, noise, power, air, and health. Gibbs facilities are designed to answer them before they're asked.

Minimal water use.
Closed-loop mechanical cooling. No water for cooling. Domestic/potable only — comparable to a small office.
Quiet neighbor.
Low-noise transformers, acoustic barriers, variable-speed fans. Quieter than typical neighborhood traffic.
No rate pressure on residents.
We fund our own electrical infrastructure upgrades. Industrial loads stabilize utility revenue. Residents do not subsidize.
Cleanest generators · minimal runtime.
Tier 4 Final. Annual runtime under 20 hours. 90%+ NOx & particulate reduction vs older systems.
Health & safety, regulated and monitored.
